Explore the power of single-cell RNA-Seq with Lexogen NGS Services!

Single‐cell RNA sequencing reveals the heterogeneity and complexity of transcripts within individual cells and enables you to identify rare but functionally significant cell populations in health and disease.

Unravel the cellular diversity with our single-cell RNA sequencing service:

  • We effortlessly analyze thousands of cells with the state-of-the-art approach.
  • We tackle experimental questions that bulk RNA-Seq cannot answer.
  • We can process various tissue types, nuclei, and cell suspensions.
  • We perform pilot experiments for proper optimization when required.
  • We offer in-depth data analysis specifically to your requirements.

Let's boost your single-cell research!

Our RNA experts are always looking for new challenges! Here is an overview of the most common applications that we offer:
  • Reveal the uniqueness of the individual cells to explore novel targets and biomarkers,
  • Explore cell heterogeneity,
  • Study differentiation and development on a cellular level,
  • Follow disease and treatment progress on a cellular level,
  • Explore cellular networks,
  • Discover novel cell populations,
  • And many more....

Our scRNA-Seq offering

  • Single-cell 3' gene expression profiling
  • Single-Cell Immune Profiling -V(D)J

Supported Sample Types

  • Frozen Tissues for single nuclei gene expression profiling
  • Cryopreserved or Fresh Cell Suspensions for single cell gene expression profiling
We recommend to dissociate fresh tissue into either fresh single cell suspensions for direct submission (for local customers only), or cryopreserved single cell suspensions for storage and shipping.

What do our Bioinformatics Services deliver?

At Lexogen Bioinformatics Services, you can select one of following data analysis packages for your single-cell RNA-Seq service project:
  • Cell Ranger basic analysis package: includes demultiplexed fastq files, and uses cell ranger mkref and cell ranger count to provide clustering, differential gene expression, PCA, T-SNA, and UMAP embeddings.

  • Deep analysis package: Cell Ranger basic analysis package plus SoupX contamination estimation, doublet detection with DoubletFinder, cell filtering, data processing with standard Seurat pipeline, regression of features, clustering, dimensionality reduction and visualization, marker identification, trajectory inference, differential gene expression, marker heatmaps, and custom visualizations.

More advanced analyses or outputs are available. Our bioinformaticians are happy to consult with you about your project at services@lexogen.com

We have some useful guidelines for your scRNA-Seq project!

When planning a single-cell RNA-Seq experiment it is important to consider your methods of sample preservation and sample collection as this will vary depending on the intended single-cell sequencing application and the type of tissue or cells you are working with.

We have prepared a Sample Preparation Guide and Sample Submission Guide for you, to ensure your samples are in optimal condition for your project with us.

"We used the high throughput single-cell RNA-Seq & TCR Clonotyping service of Lexogen during the clinical trial of our lead program.

The Lexogen Services team got the project up and running quickly, despite having no previous experience in this sort of combined analysis. They delivered the first data analysis on a very tight schedule, enabling us to present the data at the prestigious SITC Annual Meeting.

On every step of our collaboration, the Lexogen team was very responsive, answered our questions promptly, and was always willing to deliver additional analysis when we asked for it. In addition, on top of delivering excellent service tailored to our needs, Lexogen also offered us great value for money"
